நிம்மதிக்கான வழி...........அருள் வாக்கு. எல்லோர்க்கும் என்றும் அன்பு வணக்கங்கள் சகோ தோழமை களே

* கோபம் என்னும் எதிரிக்கு மனதில் இடம் கொடுக்காவிட்டால், எப்போதும் நிம்மதியாக வாழலாம்.

* ஆசையும், கோபமும் மனிதனை பாவத்தில் தள்ளும் சக்தி படைத்தவையாக இருக்கின்றன.

* கோபத்தால் மனதிற்கு மட்டுமில்லாமல் உடலுக்கும் தீமை செய்தவர்களாக ஆகி விடுவோம்.

* சிந்தித்துப் பார்த்தால் யார் மீதும் கோபம் கொள்ளும் தகுதி நமக்கு இல்லை என்பதை உணர முடியும்.

* தெய்வத்தை தாயாக கருதுவதே அம்பிகை வழிபாடு. அவளிடம் உயிர்கள் எல்லாம் நலமுடன் வாழ வேண்டும் என பிரார்த்தனை செய்யுங்கள்.

* நடந்ததை நடந்தபடி சொல்வது சத்தியமாகாது.

* பெண்கள் சமையலுக்காக வீட்டில் அரிசி எடுக்கும் போது, ஒரு கைப்பிடியை ஏழைகளுக்கு தர்மம் செய்ய எடுத்து வைக்க வேண்டும்.

* கோபம் என்பது மனிதனின் மனம் என்னும் விளக்கை அணைத்து இருளில் தள்ளி விடும்.

உள்ளன்புடன் இரு!

* பிறர் மதிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக பக்தியில் ஈடுபடாதே. உள்ளன்புடன் வழிபாட்டில் ஈடுபடு.

* காட்டில் ஒளிந்தாலும் கூட சம்சார பந்தம் மனிதனை விட்டு எளிதில் நீங்காது.

* இன்பமும் துன்பமும் இரவு பகல் போன்றது. அது ஒன்றைப் பின்பற்றி இன்னொன்று தொடர்ந்து கொண்டேயிருக்கும்.

* பணத்திற்கு அடிமையாகி கருமியாகி விடாதே. தர்ம சிந்தனையோடு ஏழை எளியவருக்கு உதவி செய்.

* உண்மை எது உண்மையற்றது எது என்பதை கண்டறிவதே உண்மையான விவேகம்.

What should we do if we are not sure what is right and wrong? Bhagawan lovingly guides us today.

Those agitated by doubts about what to accept and reject, those blinded by illusion, unable to distinguish between darkness and light, death and immortality, should approach great saints to understand the eternal truth - the self-illumined basis of all creation. Then, both this world and heaven will be merged in the same effulgence! To attain this realisation, one should have deep yearning and hard, disciplined practice. This human birth is the consequence of countless good deeds, and it should not be cast aside; the chance must be fully exploited! For all those who are really animals in human form, slaves of pride and animal traits, this awareness in time is most important. Therefore, the discriminating individual will endeavour by all means at their disposal to understand the underlying principles, to master the teachings of the great people who practised the spiritual path, and to bring all this, as much as possible, into the ken of their own experience.

We often claim certain areas as being ‘Developed’. What is true development? Bhagawan lovingly describes it so vividly so that we may never forget it.

Now, the only thing that is cheap is ‘man’! All else have gone up in value. Human beings are the most defamed and most neglected. When costly projects are planned and finished, when the area becomes rich and prosperous, the inevitable result is an unfortunate increase in crime and vice. This is because there is no plan to build up the moral stamina of the human community the project is intended to benefit! The community can be really happy only if it has fine health, steady peace of mind and intelligence that is valued and directed to the service of others. The recognition of the evanescence of the body and all things material must overrule the tendency towards pride and pomp, and check avarice and ambition.

God is in everybody. This temple of the body is able to move around because God is within. Scriptures reveal - Satyam Jnanam Anantam Brahma (Divinity is Truth, wisdom and infinity). You must tread along the path of truth and wisdom in order to understand and experience the Divine principle (Brahman).

Do we really suffer from lack of time to do the right things? Bhagawan describes our daily living and prods us to evaluate our priorities.

God is not separate from you. Do not be under the impression that God is present only in temples. Body is the temple and the indweller is God (Deho Devalaya Prokto Jeevo Deva Sanathanaha). So you do not need to go in search of God elsewhere. Turn your vision inward. Then you will find God, who is the embodiment of bliss. You are getting drowned in illusion on account of excessive attachment to the body. Get rid of body attachment and develop attachment towards God. Then you will become God yourself. God and human beings are not separate from each other. They are like image and reflection.

Most of us experience discontent, misery and lack of peace, either within us or in our surroundings. What is the root cause and how can we fix this issue? Bhagawan reminds us today.

Though the source of peace and bliss is within, people seek them in the external, like one pursuing a mirage. Owing to restless activity, endless worry and limitless desires, peace of mind is lost and it has become prey to discontent and misery. At the outset, peace has to be cultivated within ourselves. And then that peace has to be extended to the family. From the home it should be spread to our village. Thus, peace should begin with the individual and spread to the whole society. In the Sai organisation, efforts are made to propagate the values of Truth, Righteousness, Love, Peace and Nonviolence. This is only propagation, but not practice (or demonstration). Mere preaching is of no avail. Of all the virtues, love is the foremost. If love is fostered, all other qualities flow from it. Our degradation is the result of forgetting God. When we remember God, our life will be filled with peace and happiness.

How can we transform our mundane life into a prayer to the Divine? Bhagawan explains to us in a memorable manner today.

A piece of mysorepaak (an Indian delicacy made of gram flour) has sweetness, weight, and shape; the three cannot be separated from the other. Each little part of it has all these three aspects. When it is placed on the tongue, taste is recognised, weight is lessened, and shape is modified - all at the same time. So too, the individual soul (jiva), the Atma, and the Supreme Lord (Parameswara) are not separate; they are one and the same. “I am the worshiper. The world is the offering. God is the Master who is worshiped.” Hold this vision high before the mind’s eye every day and lead your life accordingly. Then your life is one long unbroken service to the Lord. Over time, the feeling of I and You will soon disappear; all trace of self will be destroyed. Life then transmutes itself into a veritable devotion to the Lord (Hariparayana).

What should we cultivate to be an ideal student or even an ideal devotee? Bhagawan lovingly explains the secret recipe to us today.

Your mind, destiny, position, and wealth (mati, gati, stiti, and sampatti), are gifts of God. You must use it to develop the qualities of equality, solidarity, integrity, and amity. But people today have changed their mind (mati) into a wicked mind (durmati). It is your mind that makes you a good or bad person. Improper use of mind will make you egoistic. Modern youth and students aspire for wealth, friendship, and high position but not virtues, and indulge in ostentation. Many students waste their time in bad company, bad thoughts, and bad behavior. Brass and gold, both look alike. But a vessel of brass makes much more noise than one made of gold. Students should not indulge in showmanship and tall talk.

Always talk sweetly and softly, with humility. You cannot always oblige, but you can always speak obligingly. Always talk lovingly and respectfully, and conduct yourself fittingly as an ideal devotee, an ideal student.
