* சத்தியம் என்னும் அடித்தளத்தின் மீதே தர்மம் என்னும் கட்டடம் இருக்கிறது. அதாவது சத்தியமே தர்மத்தைத் தாங்குகிறது.

* உடலை புனிதமாக்க விரும்பினால் பிறருக்குச் சேவையாற்றுங்கள். சேவை மூலம் கடவுளின் அருளுக்குப் பாத்திரமாகலாம்.

* பிரார்த்தனை என்பது கடவுளிடம் பேசுவதாகும். தியானம் என்பது கடவுளின் விருப்பத்தை காதால் கேட்பதாகும்.

வெற்றியாளன் யார்?...அருள் அமுதம்..........

எல்லோர்க்கும் அன்பான வணக்கம்........................

* தோல்வி வந்தாலும் மனம் துவளாமல் மீண்டும் முயற்சியில் ஈடுபடுபவனே வெற்றியாளன்.

* மனதாலும் பிறருக்கு தீங்கு நினைக்க கூடாது. விளையாட்டாகக் கூட பொய் பேசக்கூடாது.

* நெற்றிக்கு அழகு சேர்ப்பது திருநீறு. அதைப் பூசுவதால் அழகும், அறிவும் உண்டாகும்.

* சிறந்த நுால்கள் நல்ல நண்பர்களைப் போல் நமக்கு நன்மை தரும்.

* கடவுள் இருக்கிறாரா இல்லையா என்ற சந்தேகம் இல்லாமல் இருப்பதே பக்தி.

* அதர்மம் அதிகரிக்கும் போது கடவுளின் அவதாரம் மண்ணில் நிகழும்.

* அமைதியாக கடமையில் ஈடுபடுங்கள். எதற்காகவும் கோபம் கொள்ளத் தேவையில்லை. உலகில் எல்லாம் நன்மைக்காகவே நடக்கிறது.

* மற்றவர் குறைகளை அன்பால் திருத்த முயலுங்கள். அடக்குமுறையால் நிலையான பயன் உண்டாவதில்லை.

* நல்லவன் ஒருவன் இருந்தால் அவன் குடும்பத்திற்கு மட்டுமில்லாமல் ஊரார் அனைவருக்கும் நன்மை உண்டாகும்.

* வாழ்வில் குறுக்கிடும் கஷ்டத்தை எண்ணிக் கலங்க வேண்டாம். சகிப்புத் தன்மையுடன் பொறுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

* தேவையை அதிகரித்துக் கொண்டே போகாமல், முடிந்த அளவிற்கு எளிமையுடன் இருக்கப் பழகுங்கள்.

பொறுமை இனிக்கும்..................

* வாழ்வில் இனிமை பெற விரும்புவோர் பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய குணங்களில் தலைமையானது பொறுமை.

* ஏட்டுச் சுரைக்காய் கறிக்கு உதவாது. நடைமுறைக்கு ஒத்து வராத எதையும் பொருட்படுத்தத் தேவையில்லை.

* தனக்கும் பிறருக்கும் துன்பம் விளைவிப்பது பாவம். பிறருக்கு இன்பம் விளைவிப்பது புண்ணியம்.

* பிறருடைய பொருளை அபகரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று மனதில் நினைத்தாலும் கூட பாவம் தான்.

* உழைத்து வாழ்வது தான் சுகம். வறுமை, நோய் போன்றவை உழைப்பைக் கண்டால் ஓடி விடும்.

Why should we always see God within ourselves and in everyone around us? Bhagawan lovingly reminds us today.

Change the angle of your vision. When you practise seeing the world from the point of view of the omnipresence of the Divine, you will get transformed. You will experience the power of the Divine in everything in creation. You cannot hide anything from God. Many imagine that Swami does not see what they are doing. They do not realise that Swami has myriad eyes. Even your eyes are divine. But you are not aware of your true nature. When you have faith in yourself, you will have faith in God. Realise that there is nothing beyond the power of God. Love God with that supreme faith. Then you will be drawn towards God. It needs purity. A magnet cannot attract a piece of iron covered with rust. Similarly God will not draw to Himself an impure person. Hence, change your feelings and thoughts and develop the conviction that God is everything. God will not give you up when you have this conviction.

What must we do to lead a life that reflects our innate Divinity? Bhagawan explains in His own nectarous words today.

It is your duty to see that your conduct is right and you lead a righteous life, regardless of circumstances! Transform your heart by making it pure and sacred. Purity is the true characteristic of every human being. Purity should be manifested in everything one does: in your thoughts, in what you see or say, and in all that you do. It is only when you display such purity that you truly can become embodiments of the Divine Atma, that you really are! Then the distinction between the Divine and the mundane disappears and everything is Divinised. The difference between the object and the subject will also go. Everything then becomes the whole (purnam). Resolve today to turn your thoughts to God, to strive to purify your heart and senses, so that you can attain Self-realisation.

How do we ensure we start a day well and live through it well too? Bhagawan lovingly elucidates do’s and don’ts to live well.

There are some people who get up from bed with a disturbed and agitated mind. Don’t do that! Arise from your sleep with a peaceful mind. Think of God. If parents criticise each other as soon as they get up from bed, surely, children also will start quarrelling and fighting with each other! Children always try to emulate their parents and hence, parents should set an example to their children. You should teach them by practice, not merely by precept. Under any circumstance, do not give room for anger or hatred. Never hate anybody. The hatred in you will come back to you as reflection and make you suffer. You may have to face some difficulties and sorrows, but never mind. Be calm and composed. Consider everyone as embodiments of Divinity. Your salutation or ridicule, whoever it may be addressed to, reaches God. Offer your respects to everybody. Share your love with one and all.

When should we sincerely begin the practice of spiritual discipline and why? Bhagawan lovingly explains to us today!

Many discourage you from taking up spiritual practices and say that these can be taken up at a ripe old age, as if they are the prerogatives of, or special punishments for the aged! Enjoy the world while you can and then figure out the next - that seems to be the attitude of many! The child takes its first few steps in the safety of its home; it toddles about inside, until its steps become firm, until its balance is perfected, and then as it grows up steadily, it slowly ventures into the streets and the whole wide world. So too, every being must master the inner world first and become impervious to temptations. You should learn not to fall when the senses trip your steps; you should learn the balance of mind, which will not make you lean more to one side than to the other. After mastering this discriminatory wisdom, you can confidently move out into the outer world, without fear of accidents to your personality.

When is the best time to adore the Lord? How should we draw comfort in our daily living? Bhagawan lovingly explains to us today.

There are no limitations of time or space for the establishment of oneself in the contemplation of the Omnipresent Lord. For this, there is nothing like a holy place or a special time. Wherever the mind revels in contemplation of the Divine that is the holy place! Whenever it does so, that is the auspicious moment! Then and there, one must meditate on the Lord. Hence scriptures reveal,

‘To meditate on God, there is no fixed time or place. When and where the mind so desires, then and there is the time and place!’

(Na kaala niyamo yathra, na deshasya sthalasya cha Yathrasya ramathe chittham, thathra dhyanena kevalam.)

The world can achieve prosperity through disciplined souls whose hearts are pure and who represent the salt of the earth. To promote the welfare of the world, from this very minute, everyone should pray for the advent of such holy personages, and deserve the blessings of the great, and forget the sufferings of your daily living.
