இனிமையாகப் பேசுங்கள்!...அருள்வாக்கு.

எல்லோர்க்கும் அன்பான வணக்கம்.....................

* எந்த நிலையிலும் உண்மையைப் பேசுங்கள். அதில் இனிமை கலந்திருப்பது அவசியம்.

* பக்தியும், பணிவும் கொண்டவர்கள் கடவுளின் அன்புக்கு உரியவராவர்.

* வாரம் ஒரு முறை மிதமாக சாப்பிட்டு, வயிறுக்கு ஓய்வு கொடுங்கள்.

* குறைந்தபட்சம் தினமும் இரண்டு மணிநேரம் மவுனமாக இருக்கப் பழகுங்கள்.

* காலையில் எழும் போதும், இரவில் துாங்கச் செல்லும் போதும் கடவுளின் திருநாமத்தை ஜெபியுங்கள்.

சுயநலத்தை மறப்போம்...அருள்வாக்கு.

எல்லோர்க்கும் அன்பான வணக்கம்..............

*சுயநலம் இன்றி வாழ்வதே நல்லொழுக்கம். எந்த நிலையிலும் சுயநலத்தை மறந்து செயல்படுங்கள்.

*தைரியமாக இருங்கள். முழுப் பொறுப்பையும் உங்கள் தோள் மீது சுமத்திக் கொண்டு செயல்படுங்கள்.

* இடைவிடாமல் வேலை செய்யுங்கள். அதே சமயம் அதில் உங்களைக் கட்டுப்படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டாம். பற்றின்றியும் பணியாற்றுங்கள்.

* தூய்மை, பொறுமை, விடாமுயற்சி இந்த மூன்று நற்குணங்களுடன் அன்பும் சேர்ந்து விட்டால் உலகமே சொர்க்கமாகி விடும்.

தொட்டதெல்லாம் துலங்கும்

* தெளிந்த அறிவும் இடைவிடாத முயற்சியும் ஒரு மனிதனுக்கு இருந்து விட்டால் தொட்டதெல்லாம் துலங்கும்.

* மற்றவர் உள்ளத்தில் உங்களைப் பற்றிய தவறான மதிப்பு உண்டாவதற்கு ஒருபோதும் இடம் அளித்து விடாதீர்கள்.

* உள்ளத்தை கடவுளுக்குப் பலியாகக் கொடுத்து விடுங்கள். அதுவே சிறந்த யாகம்.

* மன உறுதி இல்லாதவனுடைய உள்ளம் குழம்பிய கடலுக்குச் சமமாகும்.

* பெரிய பெரிய கஷ்டங்கள் பட்ட பிறகு தான் சிறிய உண்மைகள் புரிய ஆரம்பிக்கின்றன.

தூய்மையைக் கடைபிடி................

* மனஉறுதி என்னும் நற்குணத்தை வளர்த்துக் கொள். அது உன்னை பேராசை என்னும் நெருப்பில் இருந்து காப்பாற்றும்.

* அன்புடனும், பொதுநலத்துடனும் மக்கள் சேவையில் ஈடுபடு. எல்லா உயிர்களையும் நேசி. இதுவே தெய்வீக வாழ்க்கை.

* பேச்சிலும், செயலிலும் துாய்மையைக் கடைபிடி. உன் அந்தரங்க நோக்கம் பரிசுத்தமாக இருக்கட்டும்.

* உண்மை இருக்குமிடத்தில் எல்லா நற்குணங்களும் நிறைந்திருக்கும்.

* பிறர் உங்களை இம்சித்தால் கூட பழிக்குப் பழி வாங்கும் எண்ணம் வேண்டாம். சகிப்புத்தன்மையை வளர்த்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

At times, we are discouraged with what we see around and earnestly feel that sincere devotion, peace and truth should grow in the world. What should we do? Bhagawan lovingly guides us today.

Prayers of the noble and virtuous act as an invitation even for the advent of the Lord. In the external world, when common people need conveniences, they approach authorities and request them. Similarly, in the internal realm, when there is no possibility of achieving and acquiring devotion, charity, peace and truth, noble and virtuous, who yearn for these to grow, pray to the Lord. Then, listening to their prayers, He Himself comes and showers His grace. This fact is well known. Many would have read in the Ramayana and Bhagavata - Didn’t Rama and Krishna incarnate because the Lord heeded the prayers of sages? Even Saint Ramakrishna, though divinely-born, prayed to Goddess Kali to send someone who could preach to the whole world, the code of conduct (dharma) that would uproot injustice and selfishness. Hence, prayers should be offered again and again for the fulfilment of this task without becoming desperate and giving up, if they don’t yield results immediately.

Prayer must come from the depths of feeling; the Lord looks for bhava (sincerity of feeling),

not bahya (outward pomp). - Baba

Why should we practice renunciation from now? Bhagawan lovingly reminds us today.

The eagle is pestered by crows so long as it has a fish in its beak. They swish past that so they could steal the fish out of its mouth, pursuing the bird wherever it sits for a little rest. Finally when the eagle gives up the attachment to the fish and drops it from its beak, the crows fly away, leaving the eagle free. So leave off sense pleasures and the crows of pride, envy, malice, and hatred will fly away, for they want only carrion. The snake moves in curves and not in a straight line. Individuals too move in a crooked path when they follow the senses. Practise renunciation from now on so that you may set out on the journey when the call comes; you don't know when. Else at that moment, you will be in tears, when you think of the house you have built, the property you have accumulated, the fame you have amassed, and the trifles you have won.

Why is Ramayana revered as a great scripture? Bhagawan calls our attention to some of the important lessons the epic teaches.

Everybody has to pass through the adversities of life. It is the nature of pravritti (outward path). There is another aspect to life - nivritti (inward path). A child goes to its mother and says, "I am hungry." The mother who follows just the outward path says, "Child, go and eat food. Your hunger will be satiated." This is the pravritti dharma. But the mother who treads the inward path does not merely say so. She would advise the child as to what type of food to eat, when and how to eat too. The mother who follows nivritti path advices you to eat such food which will bestow you with good health. One may have desires, but they should be under limit. They should be based on truth and righteousness. Do not eat whatever you get. Do not speak whatever comes to your mind. Speak only after proper enquiry. The Ramayana teaches the pravritti and nivritti aspects of life in a beautiful manner. There is no morality higher than what is depicted in it. The Ramayana should be the subject of our parayana (worship).

What does a true devotee need to do to receive the Lord’s presence. Bhagawan lovingly reminds us today.

Like the kitten calling the mother to where it sits by merely mewing, all that the true devotee needs to do is just yearn for the Lord! A mere mew with the pain of separation will win His heart. The growing crop in the fields thirsts for rain. It sees the heavy rain clouds sail across the sky, but it cannot rise up to that altitude, nor can it bring the clouds down to the ground. Humanity too sizzles in the hot sun, the unbearable heat of ego and greed. It needs the rain of grace; it knows only then it can flourish in peace and joy. Just as the clouds form droplets and fall upon the fields that they choose to foster, the Formless Absolute individualises Itself, assumes form, and comes down in the midst of humanity to save and sustain. That is the secret of God (Madhava) coming down as man (manava). Once the rains come, the sun has its uses! So too, when the grace of the Lord is gained, ego and greed can be put to profit by being made to flow into useful channels.

தெய்வபக்தி மனிதனுக்கு அவசியம்....அருள்வாக்கு....என்றும் அன்பு வணக்கங்கள் சகோ தோழமை களே.........

* வெறிநாய் போல நாலா திசையிலும் மனம் தறி கெட்டு ஓடிக் கொண்டிருக்க கூடாது. தியானம் மூலம் அதை ஒருமுகப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

* மரத்திற்கு தண்ணீர் விடுவதும், மிருகங்களுக்கு உணவு அளிப்பதும் உயர்வான தர்மம் என நீதி சாஸ்திரம் கூறுகிறது.

* பிறர் துன்பப்படும் போது பணம், உடல் உழைப்பு, வாக்கு ஆகியவற்றால் முடிந்த உதவியைச் செய்வது நம் கடமை.

* வறட்டுத் தனமாக கடமையில் மட்டும் ஈடுபடுவது கூடாது. தெய்வ பக்தியும் மனிதனுக்கு மிக அவசியம்.

Why should we express our gratitude to the Divine every day? Bhagawan gives us a wake-up call today.

Can any high-powered bulb equal the matchless brilliance of the Sun? Can any pump in the world supply as much water as we get from a heavy downpour? Can any fan in the world give as much coolness as given by the Wind-God? The gifts of God are abundant, bountiful and beyond compare.

We pay tax for many facilities we enjoy, like water-tax to the corporation, tax to the electricity department for providing power, etc. But what taxes are we paying to the great Lord who provides us with endless power, light and wind?

When we pay tax to the different departments for services provided, is it not our duty to pay the tax of gratitude to God? We do not show any gratitude to God who has gifted us the five elements, which never get depleted. In fact, our foremost duty should be to express our gratitude to God, who gives us so much in endless abundance.
