* நாம் நலமோடு வாழ்வதோடு, மற்றவரும் நலமாக வாழ நினைப்பவனே உத்தம குணம் கொண்டவன்.
* ஆசையின்றி செய்யும் எந்த செயலும் பாவத்தை உண்டாக்காது.
ஆசையுடன் செய்யும் எதுவும் புண்ணியத்தை தராது.
* மனம் என்பது கடவுளின் இருப்பிடம். அதை துாய்மையாக
வைத்திருப்பது நம் கடமை.
* கடவுளுக்கு நன்றி செலுத்தும் விதமாக கோவிலில் காணிக்கை
செலுத்தும் வழக்கம் உண்டானது.
* பாவத்தை நொடியில் போக்கும் சக்தி கடவுளின் திருநாமத்திற்கு
மட்டுமே இருக்கிறது.

செய்வதே அவர் விரும்பும் வழிபாடு.
* உங்களை விட எல்லா வகையில் குறைந்தவரையும் வணங்குவதே
பெருந்தன்மை.
* சாப்பிடும் முன் கடவுளை வணங்கினால், உடல் பலமும், மனதில் நல்ல உணர்வும் உண்டாகும்.
* மனதை நல்ல விஷயங்களில் செலுத்தினால், தீய பண்புகள் மறைந்து விடும்.
* பிறர் நம் மீது கோபப்பட்டாலும், அதை ஏற்கும் பக்குவத்தை தியானத்தால் பெற முடியும்.

கடவுளை தாயாக பார்..............
* நல்லது செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதை கொள்கையாக ஏற்றுக்கொள். அதில்
துன்பத்தை சந்தித்தாலும் பின்வாங்காதே.
* உள்ளம் உருகி வழிபட்டால், கடவுளின் அருள் எளிதில் கிடைக்கும்.
* விரும்பிய வடிவில் கடவுளை வழிபாடு செய்யலாம். அதிலும்
தாயாகக் கருதுவது சிறப்பு.
* ஒரு விஷயத்தை கவுரவித்தால் அன்றி, அதன் மகத்துவத்தை உணர இயலாது.
* வாழ்வின் ஜீவநாடியான நீதியை காப்பது நம் கடமை.
* துன்பத்தை அனுபவித்தவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே, சுகத்தின் அருமையை உணர இயலும்.

Why is women’s
education important for a society? On the occasion of the International Women’s
Day, Bhagawan explains and also tells us what kind of education is important.
Past, present,
or future, women are the backbone of progress and the heart of the nation. In
fact they are its very breath. Charged with holiness, they play the chief role
in the dharma of life. No nation can be built without investing in the culture
of its women. The world can be lifted to its pristine greatness only through
women mastering the science of realisation of Reality (Atma-vidya). If a nation
is to have lasting prosperity and peace, women must be trained through an
educational system that emphasises moral conduct and moral qualities. Every
woman must be able to understand the problems of the family, society and the
countries. She must render such service and help as she can, within the limits
of her resources and capacity, to the family, community and the country. The
present downfall in moral standards and absence of social peace is due to the
neglect of this aspect of women's education.

What are the
actions and deeds that directly reach God? Bhagawan lovingly underscores this
key aspect to us today.
People who wish
to check the quality of gold, draw a line with it on a piece of stone and
assess its quality by examining that streak. The test that will reveal the
quality of your faith is whether you are practising sincerely the injunctions
laid down by God. Your beliefs and actions must be expressions of faith. They
must have holiness as their core. They must be so full of love and compassion
that they attract to you the grace of God. Such karma (actions) is what is
advocated through karma kanda of Vedic scriptures. It is the taproot of human
progress, the very breath of happy human existence, the food that alone can
allay the hunger of people and the life-sustaining water that can cure their
thirst. Therefore the first and continuing duty is to engage oneself in
activities that are taught or approved in the Vedas. Three types of activity
reach God and earn His grace: (1) Activity not prompted by personal desire (2)
Activity emanating from unselfish love and (3) Prayer arising from pure hearts.

What is true
sacrifice? How are renunciation and selfless love related to each other?
Bhagawan lovingly explains to us today.
Giving up the
little ‘I’ is the true meaning of renunciation (Tyaga). Tyaga does not mean
running away from the hearth and home into the jungle. It means sublimating
every thought, word and deed as an offering to God and saturating all acts with
Divine intent. This is the best spiritual practice to cultivate selfless love.
Love gives for ever, it never asks another to give. Shower it, and you will be
showered in return. Selfless love thrives on renunciation, they are
inseparable. The essential reality of a human being rejects the ego as a
blemish. When you sincerely investigate into the question, “Who am I”, you will
find that everyone is included in ‘I’, and your love will expand limitlessly.
Ego should not be allowed to express itself freely, as it smothers the spring
of love. God is love, so all things created by God are filled with love.

In aspiring for
the well-being for everyone, what should we pray to the Lord for? Bhagawan
lovingly gives us a purpose today.
Truly, the
prayers of the great act as an invitation even for the advent of the Lord. In
the external world, when the subjects need any convenience or help, they
approach the rulers and inform them of their request. So also, in the internal
state, when there is no possibility of achieving and acquiring devotion,
charity, peace, and truth, the great and good people who desire to achieve them
pray to the Lord within themselves. Then, listening to their prayers, He
Himself comes into the world and showers His grace on them. Ramayana and
Bhagavata reveal that Lord Rama and Krishna incarnated as an answer to the
prayers of the sages. Thus prayers should be offered again and again for the
realisation of the task. No one should become desperate and give up prayers if
they don’t result immediately in the advent of the Lord.
