அன்பே வலிமையானது, அருள்வாக்கு, எல்லோர்கும் என்றும் அன்பு வணக்கம் சகோ தோழமை களே......................

* மற்றவர் உள்ளத்தில் பொய் மதிப்பு உண்டாக இடம் கொடுப்பது கூடாது.

* மலர்ந்த முகம், இனிய சொல், தெளிந்த உள்ளத்துடன் இருக்க முயலுங்கள்.

* கோபத்தை மனதிற்குள் அனுமதிப்பது கூடாது. அமைதி வழியில் செல்லுங்கள்.

* உள்ளத்தில் உண்மை ஒளி உண்டானால் வாக்கிலும் அதன் தன்மை வெளிப்படத் தொடங்கும்.

* பெரிய துன்பத்தை அனுபவித்த பிறகே, மனிதனுக்கு சிறிய உண்மைகள் புலப்படுகின்றன.

* உங்களை கடவுளிடம் முழுமையாக ஒப்படைத்து விடுங்கள். இதை விட சக்தி மிக்க வழிபாடு வேறில்லை.

* மற்றவர்களின் விஷயங்களில் தலையிடுவது மிகவும் தாழ்ந்த செயலாகும்.

* கடவுள் அதிக வலிமை படைத்தவர். ஆனால் அவர் அன்பு என்னும் வலைக்குள் அகப்படுபவராக இருக்கிறார்.

* ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனுக்குள்ளும் தெய்வீக சக்தி இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் யாரும் அதை உணர்வதில்லை.

* அன்பின் வழியில் கடமையாற்றினால் வாழ்வு இனிமை பெறும். அன்பே சகல வெற்றியும் தரும்.

* எனக்கு எதுவும் தெரியாதே என்று எண்ணும் வரை மனிதனால் எதையும் சாதிக்க முடியாது.

* பலவீனத்தைப் பற்றி துளியும் சிந்திக்காதே. பலத்தைப் பற்றி சிந்திப்பது மட்டுமே பலவீனத்தைப் போக்குவதற்கான பரிகாரம்.

* அனைவரிடமும் அன்பு காட்டுபவராகவும், அதே சமயத்தில் விசேஷப் பற்று வைக்காதவராகவும் இருப்பவரே நல்ல தலைவர்.

தானங்கள் அனைத்திலும் சிறந்தது எது?

அன்னதானம் தான் என அனைத்து மறை நூல்களும் கூறுகின்றன. பசித்த வயிற்றுக்கு சோறிடுவது என்பது கோயில் கட்டுவதற்கு சமம். அன்னதானம் ஒன்றே மிகச் சிறந்த தானம் என்பதை ஷீரடி சாயிபாபா தன் சத்சரிதம் என்ற புத்தகத்தில் வலியுறுத்தி கூறியுள்ளார்.

சாயிபாபா எப்போதுமே கருணை நிறைந்தவராக இருக்கிறார். அவர்பால் முழுமனதான பக்தியே நம்மைப் பொறுத்தவரை தேவைப்படுவதாகும். உறுதியான நம்பிக்கையும், பக்தியும் ஒரு பக்தன் பெறும்போது அவனது விருப்பங்கள் விரைவில் நிறைவேறுகின்றன.

தைரியமாய் இருக்க வழி...........................

* கடவுளை தினமும் நினை. பயத்தை ஒழித்து தைரியத்தை தருவார்.

* பணம் இருக்கும் வரை தான் சொந்தம் இருக்கும். அது இல்லாவிட்டாலும் கடவுள் உடன் இருப்பார்.

* தினமும் கொஞ்சமாவது கீதை படி. ஏழை எளியவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்.

* இளமை, பணம், பதவி, ஆயுள் ஆகியவற்றை தாமரை இலை தண்ணீர் போல் பார். இவை நிலையற்றவை.

* காலையில் எழுந்து விபூதி இட்டு கடவுளை வணங்கு. கஷ்டம் குறையும். வியாதிகள் தீரும்.

* மனதை அடக்கி நல்ல எண்ணங்களுடன் வாழ்வை நடத்து. பிறப்பற்ற நிலை அடைவாய்.

At times we experience losses, pain and suffering, despite our sincere spiritual practices. How should we reconcile and draw strength to continue our Sadhana? Bhagawan guides us today!

Whatever inconveniences one may encounter, one must try to carry on spiritual practices without any break or modification in the disciplines. Taking all worldly losses, sufferings, and worries as merely temporal and transitory, and realising that all this repetition of the name and meditation is only to overcome such grief, the spiritual aspirant should keep the two things separate, without mixing up the two. The aspirant must understand that loss, suffering, and worry are external, belonging to this world, and that repetition of the name and meditation are internal, belonging to the realm of the love for the Lord. This is called chaste (pathivratha) devotion. At the specified time, at least recall to mind the meditation and repetition of the name done at the same time in the past, even if you are in a railway train, a bus, or some such inconvenient surrounding. In this way, accumulating spiritual wealth, one can surely become the master, and attain the Atma.

How can we be truly blissful? Bhagawan lovingly reminds us today with a beautiful analogy.

You can give Ananda (bliss) by your speech, only if you have attained the state of Ananda yourself. A lamp burning under a pot with five holes: that is the symbol of a person who has the flame of wisdom shining through the five senses. Cover the pot with a thick cloth and no light emerges. The cloth is the cover of anjana (ignorance), of tamas (slothfulness and dullness). Remove it; it shines feebly through the senses - that is the symbol of rajas (passion and activity). Remove the pot itself, that is to say, remove the identification with the body (the dehatma-buddhi), then the Atmajyoti (light of the Self) shines full and bright. The Divine light or Divine Bliss is ever there but, it was obstructed by the pot and the cloth. Ananda is your native character, your real stamp, your very reality.

How should we sing bhajans if we wish to experience the Lord? Bhagawan lovingly explains to us today.

When you sing bhajans, maintain the proper rhythm by clapping your hands. The clapping should be done according to the bhajan. And bhajans should be sung with proper tune and wholeheartedly. The three syllables in the name Bha-ra-ta stand for bhava (feeling), raga (tune) and tala (beat). It means true Bhartiyas are those who sing the glory of God with bhava, raga, and tala. You should join both hands and clap. The five fingers of one hand symbolise karmendriyas (senses of action) and that of other hand stand for jnanendriyas (senses of perception). When you sing the glory of God, there should be harmony between these two. Let your every action be pleasing unto God. You may call Him Rama, Krishna, or Govinda, but God is one. Develop the feeling of oneness and attain the vision of the Divine Self (Atma).

How do we cleanse this mind so as to make it an effective instrument in our spiritual quest? Bhagawan reminds us today with memorable examples.

Like a brass vessel that must be scrubbed with tamarind, washed and dried to shine like new, your mind also must be treated with goodness and service, repetition of the Lord’s name, execution of beneficial deeds, and contemplation of the well-being of all. The Sun is up here in the sky, every day. It is the passing clouds that sometimes hide it from your vision. Similarly, the sensory world is the cloud that hides the Divine Soul (Atma) who is ever shining in the firmament of your heart. The same mind that gathers the clouds can also disperse them in an instance! For, it is the wind that collects them from all the quarters and renders the sky dark. And in the next moment, they change the direction and send them in a scurry to wherever they came from! So too, your mind is all powerful. Train it to disperse the clouds of illusion, not gather them.

Why is the company we keep so critical to our rise and fall? Bhagawan gives us a wake-up call today.

Human life by itself is very sacred. But it becomes good or bad according to the company with which it is associated. When you keep iron in dust, it gets rusted. But when the same iron is put in fire, it gets rid of its rust, becomes soft, and starts shining. Particles of dust rise up in the sky in the company of wind but fall down into gutter when they are associated with rainwater. The dust particles do not have wings to fly up in the sky, nor have they feet to jump down. Both, their rise and their fall happen by the effect of the company. Your good or bad depends upon the type of company you join. Good company makes you sacred and divine. Bad company gives rise to bad feelings and bad thoughts, which prompt you to perform bad deeds. Therefore, it is essential for you to join good company and develop your humanness.
