இன்றே நல்ல நாள்............எல்லோர்க்கும் அன்பு வணக்கம் சகோ தோழமை களே.....................

* நல்ல விஷயங்களை நாளை என்று காலம் தாழ்த்தக் கூடாது. அவற்றைச் செய்து முடிக்க இன்றே நல்ல நாள்.

* கடவுள் அளித்த இரு கைகளில், ஒரு கையால் அவரின் திருவடியை பிடியுங்கள். இன்னொன்றால் கடமையாற்றுங்கள்.

* பிறருக்கு உபதேசம் செய்யும் முன் நமக்கு தகுதி இருக்கிறதா என்று ஒரு கணம் யோசிப்பது நல்லது.

* சேவையில் ஈடுபடுவோருக்கு மனஉறுதியோடு சாந்தமும், புன்சிரிப்பும் மிகவும் அவசியமானவை.

* புல்லைக் கூட படைக்கும் ஆற்றல் நம்மிடமில்லை. அதனால் 'நான்' என்னும் ஆணவம் கூடாது.

* ஆணவம் இல்லாமல் கடவுளின் வேலைக்காரன் என்னும் எண்ணத்துடன் சேவை செய்யுங்கள்.

* பசியால் வாடுவோருக்கும், எளியோருக்கும் வயிறார உணவு அளிப்பவனே கொடையாளி.

* ஆடம்பரத்தை கடவுள் விரும்புவதில்லை. அன்பும், பணிவும் நிறைந்த வணக்கம் ஒன்றால் அவரை வெல்ல முடியும்.

* போலியான உலக கவுரவம் வேண்டாம். கடவுளின் சன்னிதியில் அர்ப்பணிப்புடன்சேவை செய்வதில் பெருமை கொள்ளுங்கள்.

* மனதில் எழும் ஆசை நியாயமானதா என்று யோசித்து செயல்படுங்கள்.

* பொருள் இல்லாதவனை ஏழை என்று உலகம் எண்ணுகிறது. உண்மையில் ஆசை அதிகம் உள்ளவனே ஏழை.

* துன்பத்திற்குக் காரணமான தீய ஆசை ஒழிந்தால், வாழ்வு பலாச்சுளையாக இனிக்கும்.

* ஆடு, மாடுகள் கடித்து விடாதபடி செடிக்கு வேலியிடுவது போல, மனதிற்கு வைராக்கியம் என்னும் வேலி இட்டால் தீங்கு உண்டாகாது.

* ஆசை என்னும் கை விலங்கை அறுத்து எறிந்தால், மனிதன் சுதந்திரப் பறவை போல வாழலாம்.

செய்வன திருந்தச் செய்..........................................

* செய்வன திருந்தச் செய்தாலே போதும். மற்றவர் புகழ வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக எந்தப் பணியிலும் ஈடுபட வேண்டாம்.

* கடவுளைத் தேடி அலையாதே. உன்னைத் தகுதிப்படுத்திக் கொண்டால், அவரே உன்னைத் தேடி வருவார்.

* நாக்கை அடக்கப் பழகி விட்டால் மற்ற உறுப்புகள் தானாகவே அடங்கி விடும்.

* மனிதனின் வாழ்நாள் சில காலமே. அதை பிறருடைய நன்மைக்காக பயன்படுத்துவதே அறிவுடைமை.

* பேராசை என்னும் வியாதிக்கு யாராலும் சிகிச்சை அளிக்க முடியாது.

On Easter, what is the true barometer of adoring Jesus Christ in our lives? Bhagawan lovingly reminds us today.

Two different characteristics are to be found amongst people. One common characteristic is to delude themselves that they are good individuals with many virtues, intelligence and talent. The second category which is rare, is recognition of the good quality in others, their merits, abilities and good deeds, and appreciate their ideals. Jesus belonged to the second category. He saw the good qualities in others, rejoiced over their virtues and shared his joy with others. Jesus taught that God is Love and that the human birth should be used to realize the Indwelling Spirit! He declared that there was nothing great about returning good for good. People should do good even to those who harm them. Embodiments of Divine Love! Strike down the walls that separate you from another being. Get rid of all differences! Cultivate love in your hearts. Remember and worship the Lord with love. What kind of devotion is it if one does not practice the Lord’s teachings?

How should our resolve be if we wish to be successful in the spiritual path? Bhagawan lovingly explains to us today.

Your determination to acquire bliss and peace should not flicker like the flame of a lamp placed on a gusty window. You must learn how to attain them from the scriptures composed by saints or from the wise who have won them. Then you must adhere to the path, however sharp the criticism, and whoever be the one callously condemning it. Cynical laughter cannot harm the aspirant! Can a storm shake the Himalayan range? Let not your faith in the goal or the road quake before trouble or trial, toil or travail, distress or despair. They are but passing clouds, casting temporary shadows, hiding for a little time the glory of the sun or moon. Do not get distracted by doubt or despondency. Build the mansion of your life on four firm pillars: virtue, wealth, desire and liberation (dharma, artha, kama and moksha), the goals of human effort laid down by the ancient sages, each pillar bound strong and safe with every other.

What is the sacrifice that is dearer to God? Bhagawan endearingly inspires us to offer it to Him, today.

It is not possible to progress in the Universe without sacrifice (yajna). Yajna maintains the order of the Universe. Sacrifice pleases the gods; the gods send rain; the rain feeds the crops; the crops yield harvest, the harvest strengthens the limbs and widens the outlook; it broadens the heart and clarifies the vision until man reaches the goal, where there is no more struggle or death. The highest and the most fruitful sacrifice is that of the ego. Crucify it and be free. Dedicate your ego to God and be rich beyond all dreams. Prepare yourself for this supreme status, by engaging in holy action (karma), meaning, karma cleansed in the crucible of righteousness (dharma), and attain God (Brahman - the One Indivisible Absolute) as your reward! Have faith in God; He sees everything; He is everywhere; He is all-powerful. He lives in every heart.

What is the true nature of a devotee? Bhagawan gives us a powerful thought to ponder upon, quoting a conversation between Lord Narayana and Sage Narada.

Once Lord Narayana told Sage Narada, “Narada, there are many devotees like you. You find them in every house and in every place. They will offer worship and chant My Name. But this is not true devotion. True devotion is that which finds expression in every thought, word and deed of man. Just as the food partaken gets digested in the stomach and its essence is supplied to all limbs of the body, likewise, when you fill your heart with the divine name, its effect should spread to your eyes, ears, tongue, hands, feet, etc. When the sacred effect of the divine name spreads to your eyes, you will develop sacred vision. Likewise your speech will become sacred, and you will listen only to sacred words. Your hands will undertake sacred deeds and your feet will take you to sacred places. Thus a true devotee will sanctify each of his limbs with sacred activity.”
