உள்ளொன்று வைத்து புறம்பொன்று பேசாமல், கோபமாய், நயவஞ்சகமாய் பேசாமல் இருதய சுத்தியுடன் அன்பாக, இனிமையாக உள்ளத்தில் பட்ட்தை பேசுங்கள்.

அவ்வாறு நடந்தால் எப்போதும் எல்லோர் மத்தியிலும் ஆனந்தத்திலும் அன்பிலும் மிதப்பீர்கள். நாம் பெற்ற இன்பம் பெறுக இவ்வையகம் என அன்பையும் ஆனந்தத்தையும் எல்லோர்க்கும் பரப்பி பகிர்ந்து எப்போதும் மகிழ்ந்து வாழுங்கள்.
