எல்லோர்க்கும் அன்பான வணக்கம்.........

* அன்பு ஒன்றே வாழ்வளிக்கும் நண்பன். கோபமே மனிதனை வீழ்த்தும் கொடிய பகைவன்.

* ஆயிரம் அறிவுரைகளை அள்ளி வீசுவதை விட ஒரு அரிய செயலைச் செய்வது மேலானது.

* தர்மம் செய்ய பணம் வேண்டாம். அன்பு மிக்க சொற்கள் போதும். மற்றவர் துன்பம் தீர ஆறுதல் சொல்வதே சிறந்த தர்மம்.

* தவறு செய்யாத மனிதன் உலகில் யாருமில்லை. செய்த தவறு மீண்டும் நேராமல் பார்த்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

What is the first step or sign of spiritual progress? Bhagawan explains and also reveals to us how to develop that quality.

Detachment (vairagyam) is the first sign of a spiritual life. Without it you are an illiterate in spirituality. It’s the ‘ABC’ of spiritual effort. Detachment must become strong enough for you to discard the bondage of the senses. A few minutes of thought will help you see the hollowness of earthly riches, fame, and happiness. When you are adding more and more sums of money to your bank account, consider whether or not you are accumulating troubles for yourselves and your children, making it harder for your children to lead clean, comfortable, and honourable lives. When you struggle to achieve paltry fame by devious means, remember who among crores of your countrymen are honoured today and for what. Don’t you see that only those are honoured everywhere who gave up, renounced, and sought the more difficult road of God-realisation instead of the easier path of world-realisation?

Why should we treasure this human birth? Bhagawan lovingly reminds us of the mystic gift we are endowed with, and what we can achieve using the precious gift today.

When a person gets rid of ignorance, one can experience this infinite Light, this spiritual flame, declared the ancient sages. Where did they experience this Divinity? Not in the external world. The sages regarded the human body as a shrine in which the Divine is the Indweller. Exploring the five life breaths and the five sheaths of the human body, they experienced the Light of the Spirit in their hearts within. They realised that those who love God can find Him nearer to themselves than anything in the world. To those who have no yearning for God, He is farther than the farthest object in the planet! Remember, every individual is a spark of the Divine. You are not just a fragment of the Nature or simply a combination of the five basic elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether). You are indeed verily a part (amsa) of the immortal Omni-Self.

பத்து நிமிடம் போதுமே!............இனிய நாளாகட்டும் சகோ தோழமை களே..

* தினமும் வீட்டில் குடும்பத்தினர் அனைவரும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து வழிபாடு நடத்த வேண்டும். இதற்காக பத்து நிமிடம் ஒதுக்கினால் போதும்.

* புகழுக்காக எந்த செயலிலும் ஈடுபடுவது கூடாது. புகழை விரும்பும் மனிதன் அகங்காரத்திற்கு ஆளாக நேரிடும்.

* நல்ல செயல்களைத் தர்மம் என குறிப்பிட்டாலும், பிறருக்கு கொடுத்து உதவுவதையே தர்மம் என சிறப்பாகச் சொல்கிறோம்.

* தர்மத்தை தமிழில் 'அறம்' என்று சொல்வர். ஆத்திச் சூடியில் 'அறம் செய விரும்பு' என்பது தான் முதலிடம் வகிக்கிறது.

What is the easiest way to discover and reach God? Bhagawan lovingly explains to us today.

Love is Divine. Love all, impart your love even to those who lack love. Love is like a mariner's compass. Wherever you may keep it, it points the way to God. In every action in daily life manifest your love. Divinity will emerge from that love. This is the easiest path to God-realization. But why aren't people taking to it? This is because they are obsessed with misconception relating to the means of experiencing God. They regard God as some remote entity attainable only by arduous spiritual practices. God is everywhere. There is no need to search for God. All that you see is a manifestation of the Divine. All the human beings you see are forms of the Divine. Correct your defective vision and you will experience God in all things. Speak lovingly, act lovingly, think with love and do every action with a love-filled heart.

எம்மனதை வெளி மாய உலகின் கண் திருப்பி தேவையற்ற ஆராய்சிகளில் புலன் சென்றால் எப்படி எம் மனதை ஆன்மீக வழியில் ஒருமுகப்படுத்தி இப் புவியில் அவதரித்த நோக்கத்தை நிறைவேற்றுவது?

எம் முன்னோர், மகான்களும், ஞானிகளும் எம்போன்ற மனிதராய் இருந்து சீரிய வழியில் நடந்து உயர்ந்தனர், அப்படியாயின் நாமும் ஏன் அவர்களின் பாதையில் சென்று விடு பேறு அடைய முடியாது?

நாம் எப்போதும் அடுத்தவர் குறைகளை தேடித் தேடி திரிந்து எம் பொன்னான நேரத்தை வீணடிக்கிறோம், அதை தவிர்த்து ஆன்மீகப்பாதையில் எம் சொந்த எம்மில் உள்ள குறைகளை கண்டு அதை திருத்தி பூரணமடைவோம்.

How should we welcome each day? Why must we insist on perfecting ourselves? Bhagawan lovingly explains the secret to us today.

If your minds revel in external objects and in purposeless observation and criticism of the outside world, how then can it be trained to be steadfast? Ask yourself this question: ‘Great souls (mahatmas) and sages were also people like me. If they could attain perfection, so can I if I follow their method. What profit do I get spending my time in discovering the faults and weakness of others?’ Thus the first spiritual practice (sadhana) is to search for the faults and weaknesses within yourself, and to strive to correct them and become perfect. The unceasing toil of each succeeding day has as its aim and justification this consummation: to make one’s last days sweet and pleasant. But each day also has its evening. If the day is spent in good deeds, then the evening blesses us with deep sleep, invigorating refreshing sleep, the sleep which is said to be akin to samadhi.
