எல்லோர்க்கும் என்றும் அன்பான வணக்கம்.................
* பிறருடைய குற்றங்களை மறந்து விடுங்கள். அவர்களை மன்னிக்கக் கற்றுக் கொள்ளுங்கள். உங்களைப் பற்றி பிறர் குறை கூறினால் பொறுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.
* தோல்வி என்பது வாழ்வில் இயல்பானது தான். ஒவ்வொரு தோல்வியும் வெற்றிக்கான படிக்கட்டு என்பதை மறக்காதீர்கள்.
* பிறரை மகிழ்ச்சிப்படுத்த முயல்வது நல்லது.
* அர்ப்பணிப்பு உணர்வுடன் எந்த பணியைச் செய்தாலும், அதில் அழகும், ஒழுங்கும் வெளிப்படும்.

பணிவுடன் கடமையாற்றுங்கள்...அருள்வாக்கு.

* உயர் பதவியில் இருப்போர் கடைநிலை ஊழியர் போல பணிவுடன் இருந்தால் புகழ்நிலையில் முன்னணி வகிக்கலாம்.
* புலன்களுக்கு அடிமையாகக் கூடாது. அறிவால் ஆட்டுவிப்பவர்களாக மாற வேண்டும்.

* மூச்சுக்காற்று உயிரையும், உடலையும் இணைப்பது போல வழிபாடு மனிதனைக் கடவுளோடு சேர்க்கிறது.

When is the best age or stage in life to begin our Sadhana? Bhagawan lovingly answers this important question for us today.
What is the use in planning a well when the house is on fire? Where is the time to dig it now? When will water become available? When can you extinguish the fire? If, at the very start, a well was ready, how helpful it would be on such critical occasions! Beginning to contemplate on God during the last moments is like beginning to dig the well when the house is on fire. Therefore if right now, you contemplate on God, off and on, it will stand you in good stead when the end approaches. Start today the spiritual discipline that has to be done tomorrow! Start now the spiritual discipline that has to be done today! One doesn’t know what is in store the next moment; therefore, there should be no delay in engaging oneself in the spiritual practice that has to be done. Physical stamina is also necessary for this spiritual practice, so the body has to be tended, though overtending causes damage. To the degree that is essential, it should be looked after with great care.

What is the first step in the journey to discover the answer to the all important question, ‘who am I’? Bhagawan reminds and enthuses us yet again.
More effulgent than the Sun, whiter and purer than snow, subtler than ether in space, the Supreme Lord (Paramatma) dwells in all, permeating the entire Cosmos, shining in every atom. You are in that Brahman (Divinity), and that Brahman is in you. You are that Brahman, and that Brahman is you. What greater truth can I convey to you? The first task I ask you to do is to develop awareness of the Divinity within you. The next stage is the realisation of the truth that the Divinity that is within one's self is equally present in all others. You must recognise that the veil or barrier that appears to separate Him from others is born of delusion and every effort should be made to remove it. Only then will it be possible to experience the oneness of all living things which is the declaration of the Sruti or Vedas: Aham eva idam Sarvam - I am indeed all of this.

What is the change that must happen in us with our diligent spiritual practices? Bhagawan lovingly explains and reminds us today.
Cleanse your heart with the water of love, and the detergents of prayer and contrition so that the stains of desire are removed completely. Then God will pour His abundant Grace into it. If you yearn for God, you should give up Lokabhranti and dehabhranti (attachment to the external world and to the body). There is no use trying to have one foot in one boat and the other foot in another. You may be living in Prashanti Nilayam for over 20 years, but if you worry more about your physical needs, then all your spiritual efforts are indeed futile; you have made no progress at all. The waving of the camphor flame at the end of a bhajan is only to remind you that your sensual cravings must be fully burnt away without leaving any trace behind, and you must offer yourself to God to be merged in Him and His glory.

*சுயநலம் இன்றி வாழ்வதே நல்லொழுக்கம். எந்த நிலையிலும் சுயநலத்தை மறந்து செயல்படுங்கள்.
*தைரியமாக இருங்கள். முழுப் பொறுப்பையும் உங்கள் தோள் மீது சுமத்திக் கொண்டு செயல்படுங்கள்.
* இடைவிடாமல் வேலை செய்யுங்கள். அதே சமயம் அதில் உங்களைக் கட்டுப்படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டாம். பற்றின்றியும் பணியாற்றுங்கள்.
* தூய்மை, பொறுமை, விடாமுயற்சி இந்த மூன்று நற்குணங்களுடன் அன்பும் சேர்ந்து விட்டால் உலகமே சொர்க்கமாகி விடும்.

What is the barometer of pure love? How can we develop it within ourselves? Bhagawan lovingly reveals the secret recipe.
Embodiments of Love! The hallmark of love is selfless sacrifice (thyaga). Love seeks nothing from anyone. It bears no ill-will towards anyone. It is utterly selfless and pure. Failing to understand the true nature of love, people yearn for it in various ways. Love must be cherished with feelings of selflessness and sacrifice. In what is deemed as love in the world - whether it be maternal love, brotherly love, or friendship - there is an element of selfishness. Only God's love is totally free from the taint of selfishness. Divine love reaches out even to the remotest being. It brings together those who are separate. It raises man from animality to Divinity. It transforms gradually all forms of worldly love to Divine love. Even the feeling of universal brotherliness is not the same as the experience of ekatvam (oneness). Even in such a fraternal feeling there is an element of self-interest. Those who really wish to promote universal brotherhood too should develop the consciousness of the one Spirit dwelling in all beings.
