48 நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து இந்த தீபத்தை ஏற்றி வாங்க... பணக்கஷ்டம் மறைந்து ஐஸ்வர்யம் உண்டாகும்...........

இன்றைய காலத்தில் பலருக்கு பெரும் பிரச்சினையாக உள்ளது பணப்பிரச்சினை தான். 

இதனால் நாளுக்கு நாள் பல பிரச்சினைகள் வீட்டில் வந்த வண்ணம் தான் உள்ளது.

இப்படிப்பட்ட பிரச்சினைகளில் இருந்து விடுபட இந்த தீபத்தை மட்டும் நாற்பத்தி எட்டு நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து ஏற்றி வழிபடுங்கள். பணப் பிரச்சினைகள் அனைத்தும் தீர்ந்து நல்ல வழி பிறக்கும்.

வாரம்தோறும் ஒவ்வொரு வெள்ளிக்கிழமையுமாக 16 வாரங்கள் இந்த பூஜையை செய்ய வேண்டும். அல்லது தொடர்ந்து 48 நாட்கள் இந்த பூஜையை செய்து வரலாம். தற்போது இந்த பூஜையை எப்படி செய்யலாம் என்பதை இங்கே பார்ப்போம்.

• முதலில் ஒரு தாம்பூலத் தட்டை எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.அதற்கு மஞ்சள், குங்கும பொட்டு வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். பின்னர் ஒரு பெரிய அகல் விளக்கை எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அது வட்ட வடிவில் இருக்குமாறு பார்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
  
  
• பின்னர் அந்த அகல் விளக்கிற்கு மஞ்சள் குங்குமம் பொட்டு வைத்துக்கொண்டு, அது முழுவதும் கல்லுப்பு வைத்து நிறைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். பின்னர் பிறகு இரண்டு சிறிய அகல் விளக்குகளை எடுத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
  
  
• இவற்றிற்கு மஞ்சள் குங்கும பொட்டு வைத்துக்கொண்டு, ஒரு அகல் விளக்கில் சிறிதளவு பச்சரிசியை மஞ்சளில் கலந்து சேர்த்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அதனை உப்பு வைத்துள்ள விளக்கின் மீது வைத்து விட வேண்டும்.
  
  
• பிறகு மற்றொரு விளக்கில் நல்லெண்ணெய் ஊற்றி கொண்டு, பஞ்சுத்திரி போட்டு அதனை அந்த சிறிய அகல் விளக்கின் மீது வைத்து தீபம் ஏற்றவேண்டும்.
  
  
• இந்த தீபத்தை பூஜை அறையில் வைத்து நமது குலதெய்வம் அல்லது இஷ்ட தெய்வத்தை மனதார வேண்டிக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்
  
  
•  எனக்கு இருக்கும் பண கஷ்டங்கள் தீர்ந்து, கடன்கள் அடைந்து, மகிழ்ச்சியான வாழ்க்கை கிடைக்க வேண்டும் என்று வேண்டிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.
  
  
• கல்லுப்பு மகாலட்சுமியின் அம்சமாக பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. இந்த உப்பு தீபத்தை நாற்பத்தி எட்டு நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்து ஏற்றி வழிபட்டு வாருங்கள். நல்ல பலனை பெறுவீர்கள்.

Thedi Choru - A Translation and a Happy New Year

A very Happy New Year!

I thought I'd do a translation of one of my favorite piece of poetry from Mahakavi Bharathiar. If you don’t know about him, there's Wikipedia.

This guy has been demonstrating to me greatly, in how the vocabulary you think can greatly impact the way by which you act; in how the vocabulary in which you think, forges new strong behavior into you. That's the ultimate power of language.

Now that many of you will be having hopes, dreams and significant resolutions for the New Year, a more perfect stage can never be asked for.

தேடிச் சோறுநிதந் தின்று - பல
சின்னஞ் சிறுகதைகள் பேசி - மனம்
வாடித் துன்பமிக உழன்று - பிறர்
வாடப் பலசெயல்கள் செய்து - நரை
கூடிக் கிழப்பருவ மெய்தி - கொடுங்
கூற்றுக் கிரையெனப்பின் மாயும் - பல
வேடிக்கை மனிதரைப் போலே - நான்
வீழ்வே னென்று நினைத் தாயோ?

I'll provide the literal meaning of what the song says, not the metaphorical derivative, if any. That's up to you.

Gossip around small stories

Feel bad about yourself and worry

Do things which hurt others

Become a victim of terrible accusations
